HA Harris 7 reviews DK 2 days ago VerifiedIt's a great experience, just had problem in the Roman forum when we reached to enter the gate from a long queue and told us that I need to get ticket for my 15 year old son, I ordered three tickets but sent 2 tickets and said just need to show ID or passport for my underage son. So, we went out from the queue and looked for a ticket both and asked for a ticket ticket for my 15 year old son and went back to get inside.

Collecting the Colosseum tickets is required by the Colosseum. We point out in your documents that the child ticket must be picked up at the ticket office before visiting. We regret if this information did not reach you.

Here are a lot of bureaucracy with tickets. If I have booked my visit time (Vatican museums, Pantheon or Saint Angelo for egzample) online and received vouchers via email, why should I go to the tourist stations, wait in a ques and collect additional documents? I'm just wasting my time! It is not user friendly, I dislike this

The options for the attractions was wonderful, but I would have liked to have been able to order all the passes at one time. We are going to three cities in Italy, and I had to purchase each separately -

Excellent pass, excellent customer service!
I accidentally booked ours for a week later than we were actually in Venice, and they fixed it for me very quickly, and updated our passcodes, which they were under no obligation to do.

I purchased my tickets and a global shut down happened. Our flights got cx and they couldn’t rebook my tickets to the site in rome. Then gave me a link to rebook which I did. Upon arrival in 96 degrees. I waited for my time. Then they informed me i had to pay because i did not have physical card for the roma pass. Which I did pay. Would not book this again.

I've paid 30 Euro for my 18 years old son in acropolis. It Is not correct as he must entry for free.
I had to collect public bus ticket paying a ticket to go.
There Is not a real advantage in my opinioni in buying this ticket.

Had an amazing time in Athens Turbopass was worth the money only criticism was the hop on hop off bus voice over was awful loud music being played in the background so couldn’t hear a word off information.

We have reservation for 2 days in Rome. We wanted to see the main attractions: the colossuem and Vatican. We also paid for public transportation for 2 days, 2 persons. We received almost nothing: no skip the line recognised at the colosseum and no reservation sent by Turbopass to the Italian Info Point Tourist, therefore, we came to Rome and failed to visit the Vatican. We tried to take the bus tickets from two of the 3 points in Rome. One doesn't work with Turbopass anymore, though our Voucher mentioned it and the other was closed 1h:30' before the displayed schedule. We lost (a lot of)
money and time because of Turbopass. They failed to deliver what they sold.
L.E. You refunded 25€/person and I am not exactly aware what this amount stands for out of the 278€ that we paid and got to visit only the Colosseum, with waiting in line and the rest of the time wasted by runing through Rome, paying bus tickets and wasting our time trying to redeem our access, to reserve our entrances, useless, as you slept on our reservations. Will you pay back all my expenses related to traveling there and not being able to visit because your poor management?!
Next stop: consumers' protection and a court trial to wake you up!

The number of hoops one has to jump through in order to activate the pass(es) is incredibly inconvenient for the price. You have to go to one place to get the pass for the subway; another place to get the pass for the under 18 members; the pass is only good at certain points - it’s not worth it. Find another vendor. All could/should be done over email or text and the whole process could be much more streamlined. It’s $500 we paid for basically a $20 bumpy, hot, long bus ride from the airport.

We booked late. We were able to book transport, admission to the Coluseum and the Vacitan and all item arrived to my email. We fly to Rone in two day. Delighted to have all these sorted before we land.

Trying to find where to redeem it was tricky. Inevitably you had to ask around to get directed and sometimes it was quite a walk away from the venue. There appears to be loads on here, but in reality most of the places we wanted to visit were free anyway. Helpful to get the fast passes though as queues are always bad in Rome particularly when it's very hot.
